Writing this in English now because I can't be bothered to type all this in OpenOffice, but I'd really recommend you to consider using paragraphs. Reading this is a tad bit difficult without paragraphs beacause everything kind of seems cluttered. Paragraphs would also make it easier for others to edit this page when including links and such.
